Industrial CNC Parts & Accessories Returns
CNC router parts & accessories purchased directly through Industrial CNC may be returned within 10 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Parts must be returned unused in original packaging and contain our Return Authorization number (RA#). Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
To initiate a return and obtain a return authorization number for parts and accessories or for questions pertaining to equipment returns or other purchase policies please contact us via support@industrialcnc.com.
Return policy does not apply to any parts or accessories which have been subjected to misuse, mis handling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to maintenance, accident, improper installation, modification.
Refunds will processed within 60 days of receipt of returned parts or accessories. Refunds will be via commercial check or refund to the credit card used for purchase.
